Namaste Yogis & Yoginis. Please kindly observe the following:

  • If it's your first session, please complete the Yoga Class Waiver form & bring to class (if you are able to do so)

  • Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start time

  • Try to center yourself before class. Focus on your breath or your intention to be here. Respect others practice by avoiding unnecessary gossip or chitchat

  • Wear loose, comfy clothing and bring a blanket/ meditation shawl if you choose

  • No wandering eyes on others. Keep your focus within

  • Try not to eat a big meal at least 3 hours prior to practice

  • Do not wear any strong fragrances or perfumes

  • Please notify instructor of any pain/ injury, or if you are pregnant prior to class

  • As per Yogic/ Ayurvedic guidelines, please do not come if you are on your menstrual cycle

  • As per Yogic/ Ayurvedic guidelines, please observe Saucha (cleanliness, purity) by showering before your spiritual practice

  • Bring cash or check, we do not accept credit cards (sorry for the inconvenience)

  • Do not hesitate to request ANYthing you wish to cover in class, I'm here to serve you

  • Turn OFF all electronic devices before entering

  • Only good vibes inside 😊
