Our Place

 

Classes are now held in our humble little Yoga & Healing Room right outside Nashville, TN. It was a true effort of love and dedication created by my father and I on our family’s property. Right outside is our organic garden, where we grow many of the herbs, teas, etc. available in the shop.  

 

This is not a heated room. Please leave all personal belongings in your car and bring only what you need for class. There is access to a bathroom upstairs, but no showers. Inside there are mats, blocks, straps, a yoga wheel, towels, yoga mat cleaner, pillows and cushions available for you to use. Please bring anything else that will suit your practice.
